I think FFP limits the amount of loss we are allowed to make, whether
that is on transfer fees or wages. This year we’ve spent some (hopefully not
all) of the Clarke and Roofe transfer fees on wages for loanees. I’m sure it
said in the yep that Radz is allowed to put in £8m a year to off set any losses
but didn’t last year.I think we are obliged to buy Costa whatever division we
are in so if we don’t go up that is likely to result in player sales to balance
the books.
