OK, so first off I’ll say I expected nil points from this one. After 10 minutes
I ‘predicted’ it could be 6-1, or more? So, given that, we maybe over-achieved?
Right at the start of the season I feared what the likes of Vardy could do, and
he did it.

There were periods we held our own and perhaps could have sneaked back into it.
If Bamford had scored that header, and it was a crap miss, we may have come out
of it with a better result, but who knows?

Another lesson for us about the quality of some clubs. Of course it didn’t help
when we played some astonishingly poor passes - ok, Koch was unlucky as he
wasn’t up to speed, but Harrison, Ayling, Meslier, Hernandez, f*cking Klich -
all played shockers which put us in immediate trouble. And as for corners, well
clearly Philips doesn’t have the monopoly on shitness of delivery. I don’t
really get why rather than cross the ball at corners, we play all manner of
intricate passes which end up in one of two scenarios - going backwards with no
cross at all, or a cross banged in from an infinitely more difficult
position/angle, with our ‘attackers’ all on the retreat.

One thing Bielsa did which really weakened us was taking Hernandez off for
Roberts - occasionally Roberts looks ok, but I’m not sure what he offers us
now, or whether he’s up to it?

Finally, Klich - he made some horrendous passes tonight, a stupid tackle for
the penalty, but what the hell was he doing casually blindly back-heading a
ball back into our defence? Neither he nor Shackleton seemed to offer much in
protecting the defence either?

Maybe seeing us in mid table will bring some realism? Disappointing, but not
the end of the world.
