Good spot re our signings. Similar game views from me - hearing Heckingbottom
‘explanations’ as to how we won sounded pretty thin - I can’t see him getting
the job there full-time, and if he does they better get used to the
Championship!

My gripes - I have a theory I’m much harder on players with stupid haircuts at
the moment. So Ayling - I have no issue recognising his positives, but he still
strikes me as someone who does not do the basics (get goalside, stay with a
man), and this ‘habit’ of falling over is piss poor! Alioski - we often look
much better with him playing, but he’s become a weak link. Rodrigo - cannot
lead the line.

Agree with Bamford - he looked off the pace, but hopefully his removal was
precautionary?

I think we’ll get a result re Citeh, but I usually think we’ll win. As long as
we perform I’ll be happy. I watched a bit of the Citeh/Leicester game after us,
and it was as dull as dishwater! Looking forward to making them work a bit at
least!
