Dave Spot on... I had not realised until I saw the replays in full that we lost 2 of our main players and had to throw some youngsters on early. And we still won. I think this speaks volumes about MB's systemic approach... he is getting the youngsters to a stage where they can fill in successfully. This kind of development is our future. I don't think we will be in a position to compete with the big boys' transfer fees for a long time (if ever?). We need to become successful at developing our youth (as a lot of other clubs need to as well). Good coaching is everything. Cheers A
