Don’t criticise Bielsa Dave, you’ll have the Twitter mob baying for your blood. He fucked up royally today by first picking the same midfield as Wednesday. The way Villa tore through our midfield needed to be addressed and then when Dallas got injured his tactics were dubious. He has some stubborn views including having to have a right and left footed centre backs. When Dallas got injured I would have moved Struijk to left back, Koch to centre defence and brought Forshaw on but instead we ended up with 4 central defenders despite chasing the game. Poor from Bielsa but he’s allowed one or two mistakes.
