Yeah I think Barnes has scored in each of his last SIX games against us, stretching back to when he was on loan at WBA. Bastard! However, I am pinning my dwindling reserves of optimism on the hope that statistically I think there is an argument that that fact makes him LESS likely to score tonight. I might be making this up, but my belief goes something like this: If he plays v us 1000 times, he is VERY unlikely to score each time. Ergo, after each match when he DOES score, the chances of him doing so in the next one are slightly less likely. It's like the old Rosencrantz & Guildernstern thing: if you toss a coin and it comes down tails 100 times in a row, what are the chances it will come down tails on the 101st toss? Actually I think the answer to the latter is supposed to be........still evens. Which means that Barnes has got just as much chance to score tonight as any other player. Oh I give up.
I will just pessimistically note that Leicester's 2 best players who are back again tonight will be up against the 2 areas we are weakest; RB and CM.
