Its not exactly Big Sam's fault we went down but he didnt really give us
a chance.
If you pick 6 defenders, the chances of you holding the ball upfront are
pretty remote especially if one of the forward players is Weston
McKennie.
If you cant hold onto the ball, you are going to be doing a lot of
defending.
After 3 years and £200m spent, our best players on the last day were
Adam Forshaw and Jack Harrison - which gives an idea of what went wrong

The Rutter signing now looks utterly ridiculous from the perspective of

The main bright point: I think we signed quite a few good young players
who have been playing well in the U23s… if we can get them to stay, get
them into the first team asap, and sell/terminate the old guard.
