After yesterday, and all but the first 15 of the West Brom game, I'm getting worried that the team has hit the wall!
It is almost like the comebacks v Sheff Utd and Sunderland took a lot out of them. Farke has pretty much settled on his first 11, and from having theoretically the strongest bench in the league, the subs have not really had much effect since Sunderland. They are missing Ampadu, for his influence, and the fact that with him injured, defence and midfield are lacking cover, especially with Wober breaking down again. The management had six months to line up a striker and a no 10, but the only real effort made seemed to be a last ditch offer for Cameron Archer. Meanwhile Sheff Utd and Burnley got some significant reinforcements for the run in. Need two victories now before the international break, and then crossing our fingers that nobody gets a knock while they are away.
