Sounds to me like his agent is desperately trying to get a deal. Be very
surprised if Farke goes for him.
Let's face facts, he's been found out for what he really is ... lower , average

unrecognisable force and international quality - since then he has flopped,
been injured, been passed from pillar to post - so, unless this is code for
Bielsa is coming back in the summer, why would this be a good thing?
