The report was obviously put together some time ago as the background was
Sprake's first return to Elland Road since leaving in the early 70s. The
match used as a backdrop was not recent as the crowd looked like a shade
over 35000 however another shot showed Sprake sitting in an empty West Stand
watching Sullivan warm up. It was very very very obviously a shabby piece of
journalism put together to tie into today's interim report into transfers
bungs issued by Lord Stephens.

The BBC should be ashamed of themselves.
Well, you can't have it both ways. If it was put together some time ago, then it can't have been put together to tie into today's report on the transfer bungs. From what I recall, Sprake's return to Elland Rd last season was timed to coincide with the publication of his autobiography.

Cheers!
