Thank you. -----Original Message----- From: Richard Walker [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Mon 4/7/2008 4:28 PM To: list leedslist; DAVID NATTAN; Robert HEATH Subject: RE: [LU] Orient Apologies fella - it was a shabby excuse for a match report mainly due to too much beer before match. Ok, Mr Douglas - when he came on against Brighton I thought he looked way off the pace which surprised me a bit even though he'd been out for a while. His general play didn't surprise me though as I've always thought that as a fooballer he is lacking. On Saturday he again proved that he is unable to pass a ball more than 10 yards and his control also is equivalent to a Leeds under 9 schoolboy, however he did get through a lot of work and did annoy Orient with his hassling and tackling. I thought Dave summed it up well , he should be used as the stopper, someone who breaks up play and then gives the simple ball to Howson or Kilkenny. This will never happen though 'cos he really believes he can play so we'll continue to see the out of the boot passes that are beautifully aimed into space or touch. Can he make a difference in this league ? Yes. Is he good footballer in this league. No.
