Hi, what format do u send the mail out in?  Make sure it isn't Rich Text
Format.

I have heard of similar things happening and quite difficult to
troubleshoot, try the Eudora forum or type the error into google groups.

Finally, store a copy of the NL on a web site and provide a link for those
that cant open it, although that might cause problems with spam filters.
