Trade Unionists for Wik is organising a solidarity trip to the Yorta Yorta
people's cultural centre near Echuca on March 20-21.
It is a weekend event with workshops on the Yorta Yorta struggle for land
rights, their local culture and heritage, and on the role of unions in
campaigns over the years, and on what unionists can do today.
Pre-bookings are essential (and are already rolling in). If you're thinking
of attending, time is beginning to run out--we need bookings with payment
by Friday, March 12.
