Raymond Clancy, who is a witness in my anti-discrimination case against
Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE has now been found.

Hope to see Melbourne LeftLinkers at the precendent setting hearing next
week before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal. The
hearing will run from 17 May - 21 May. The venue is 55 King Street and
hearings start daily at 10 am.
And on 18 May you can attend a special Freedom Socialist Party meeting
featuring a presentation on how to resist workplace discrimination plus a
court room
report at the end of day two! Dinner is served at 6.30 for a $5 donation.
Meeting starts at 7 pm. The venue is Solidarity Salon, 1 Appleby Cres, West
Brunswick Vic 3055.
And on Friday 21 May, come along to the NMIT Unionists Campaign
Committee fundraising party and hear ALL the news from a full week in the
tribunal. Entry is $15 or $10 and bring a plate. It is at the home of
Barbara Morgan, 61 Ford Street, Ivanhoe. Come any time from 7.30 and BYO.
The support for this campaign against a notorious union busting employer has
been just magnificent. Cheques are coming on a daily basis to fund the case.
