A Speakout against NATO's war in the Balkans has been called for this
Friday on Sydney at the Town Hall steps (George St) starting 4 to 6 pm.
Stand up against NATO's devastating campaign against Serbia which has
nothing to do with protecting Kosovo Albanians and everything to do with
asserting the US "right" to intervene anywhere anytime at the expense of
ordinary people. Protest against Howard's knee-jerk response of support for
the NATO war machine. It's time the Left stood up against the latest
imperialist adventure in the Balkans. NATO's bombing campaign has given
cover to forced expulsion of Kosovo Albanians from their homes and created
absolute misery for ordinary Serbians who don't all support Miloslevic
Support the growing Serbian oppostion to the Kosovo campaign and come to
the speakout.
