Dear Leftlink member

I would like to invite you 'Action/Recollection: Here the body is', an
exhibition exploring the ways that human actions constitute forms of
historical recollection. The exhibition includes the work of activists and
artists, from Australia and overseas, and runs until 5 August at West
Space, an artist-run gallery in the city.

The exhibition includes: Fair Wear, East Timor Student Solidarity Council,
FreeTimor Campaign, University Students for East Timor, Tuhoe Embassy
Publications (New Zealand), Kylie Wilkinson, Rainer Ganahl (Austria/USA),
Tom Nicholson, and Bernhard Sachs. The exhibition is curated by Tom Nicholson.

West Space, 1st floor, 15-19 Anthony Street, Melbourne. (Opening hours
12noon-6pm Wed.-Fri, 11am-5pm Sat.).

During the exhibition Fair Wear is holding a public forum celebrating its
success so far and planning its next stage of work. At West Space Thursday
3 August, 6.30 pm. All welcome.
