Hi All
As you may all know the aboriginal tent embassy has returned home. The
Embassy is in Sydney to bring the message of the continuing inequalities
that indigenous people of australia experience. In the lead up to and
during the corporate games the embassy will remain a sight where people
can continue to support indigenous struggles and rights justice and land.
Visit the embassy, campout be apart of this historic fight for aboriginal
sovereignty, and justice.
Victoria Park is an important traditional meeting place where ceremonies
brought together many tribes in the past and once again, this sight is
bringing together aboriginal peoples, people who support Indigenous
struggles to tell and show the world, that olympics or not we won't be
silenced by a police state.
On Sunday 23th of july there is a working bee being held @ the SRC and Your
Help is Greatly Needed to organise and promote the Aboriginal tent embassy
and events to be held there.
On wed 26th of July there will be a FOOD FILM SPEAKERS night, we need help
in organising this event and promoting it.
A campout/ dance party is also on the agenda and I'd love any ideas you may
