CARNIVAL OF THE OPPRESSED
The COOP -- CarnivalOftheOPpressed -- will be performing their show "This
Little Piggy Went to Market" -- on Sunday October 8 as part of the
anti-globalisation forum at the West End Festival.
There's also the possibility that a few of our number will be doing
something at the Green Left Weekly dinner, next Saturday Sept 30 -- at the
Ukrainian Hall, Cordelia St, West End. (starts 7pm) -- tickets at the door
along with other acts like the wonderful Trade Union Choir & Mark Cronin,

you're welcome to contact us. Anyone who would like to support this
anti-globalisation theatre project are welcome to send donations to the
address below. We need to invest in some puppets, more drums and a banner.

carry information about furture street theatre workshops organised
by the Carnival of the Oppressed. If you would like to join the
COOP -- we are looking for would be puppeteers, performers,
writers of satire, musicians, dancers, clowns, acrobats, builders of
things that perform, political activists all, & sundry oppressed
peoples.
