ON THE BARRICADES
Documenting the success of S11. A new video produced by Socialist
Alternative is now available for sale.
From September 11-13 up to 30,000 demonstrators blockaded the Asia Pacific
Economic Summit of the World Economic -- representing the world's top 1000
corporations -- at the Crown Casino in Melbourne.
This video shows some of the activities which helped build support for the
blockade and illustrates many of the political issues that came up.
The video also shows the diversity of groups involved and the events of the
three days. If you were at the S11 protest, you will be glad you have this
video of a protest we can all be proud of. If you were not there, you will
be inspired.
