A Symposium Friday November 24 Charles Pearson Lecture Theatre University of Melbourne This one day symposium examines the issues surrounding transnational education, corporate alliances and public universities. Hosted by the University of Melbourne Postgraduate Association, the NTEU and the Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations, the symposium will discuss educational quality, intellectual property, university governance and public accountability, particularly as they relate to Universitas 21 and the globalisation of higher education.
