To assist the Government, the police and the police ombudsman, Mr Perry,
Melbourne comedian, and eye witness to the police violence at s11, Mr
Quantock, will begin his own peoples inquiry into s11.

LETS WE FORGET: a people's inquiry into politics, police and protest, will
run Wednesday to Saturday until Mr Perry hands down his findings.

Mr Quantock will preside over his inquiry, lead both the defence and the
prosecution and, because he was hit with a baton, will also be the star
witness, ably supported by 'volunteer' witnesses from the audience.

The audience will act as the jury, after hearing the evidence, will retire
to the bar to consider their verdict.

SPECIAL BONUS OFFER: any member of the police force involved in s11 -
willing to make an appearance at the inquiry - will be given a free sausage
- cooked live on stage.
