after 17 or 18 years in the same time slot the suwa show (squatters
and unwaged airwaves) is now going to be broadcast every friday from 5-30
pm to 6-30pm on 3CR, 855am.
we'll still be providing the same mix of troublemaking
news and interviews with an eye on the latest local and international
developments in squatting, unwaged resistance and general grassroots direct
action. all that as well as some classy music and community
announcements. so if you want to know whats going down and what people are
doing about it then tune into suwa.
this friday, april 30th, will see us chatting with krow, the maker of
dawn of the dmfs, a locally produced d.i.y. z-grade exploitation flick.
food not bombs are presenting this film at the kaleide cinema at rmit on
saturday 7th april from 4pm as a benefit for their street kitchen. contact

we'll also have someone in talking about the upcoming "no gods, no masters"
conference which is being put together for the weekend before may day by a
bunch of local anarchists, autonomists and godless troublemakers. aside
from a series of workshops and debates the conference will also feature a
couple of exhibitions and a gig. plenty of opportunities to check out a
whole host
of alternatives to life as we know it.
