The news should go out- the City of Port Phillip will sponsor a large
welcome event for the arrival of the Tampa and Captain Rinnan on 18th
May. It will start with a flotilla in Port Phillip bay and continue with
a large concert in the afternoon hosted by Rod Quantock. Let EVERYONE
know - this is going to be great! (weather permitting)
