The following articles in today's issue of The Age highlight a very alarming trend. According to The Age, a group calling themselves Blackshirts appear conducting an alarming campaign of harassment and intimidation of women who dare to get divorced, as well as their children. They describe themselves as a fascist organisation, and along with divorce, they are also concerned with same sex families. Short extracts from the articles, with links to the full story, are below. Threat to crackdown on vigilante group By Liz Minchin July 25 2002 A Labor MP has warned a militant men's group that it will face the full force of the law if it ignores a warning from the state government and continues to intimidate women and children.
