Hi Mac, Thought for the day. Sometimes that "slope" stays level but gets very, very, very hot at the end. It is one of lives certainties and you cannot take your Legacy with you but you can leave behind a number of legacies including a big red Legacy! Cheers Roger

LoL That conference call (or whatever it was) was about 8-10 years ago if I remember correctly. Thanks for reminding the Group members about it. Great point. Mostly because I had an unheated garage as a workshop, and Chicago temps have been prohibitively cold lately. I took 20 minutes this morning to take the crank handle Mike Pung sent me (thanks Mike!) out and figure out how it goes on the machine. I had to take off some giant washers, but figured it out. Then I started taking a bunch of parts off that were rust frozen, oiled them up and got some of the surface rust off so they could move freely (to some extent). Then I saw it... This machine is AWESOME! I'm still not sure about a lot of things, but the possibilities are endless! I just wanted something to make pool cues with, but this can do so much more! Yeah, I've seen the braiding and twist videos, flute routing and all that. But when you see how configurable this is up close, your mind runs wild! If anyone has a Woodchuck manual, or even an extra one, I'd be interested it copying it. The company I own is a professional training company, and I make training manuals all the time. I can make PDFs out of anything. So if you want, I can make professional manuals that are out of print... Just an offer. Thanks again to Mike Pung!
