Thanks.
Your photo show it perfectly.  And I can see where there is a part of it that swings/moves 90 degrees (approximately) to engage/disengage from a gear.

Joe,

This box has at least one set of  "Limit Switches with brackets" in it.

Also appears to have "Y-Axis Hand Wheel sets (with hardware) and at least one Y-Axis gantry.

I'm puzzled by that good-size piece in the upper left with the two shafts w/ a gear on each one is.  Looks like something about it is designed to change orientation by 90 degrees.

If you get him to take more pics, suggest he:

1.  Wipe the dust off so we can see what's in the bags.  Do not open bags - if possible.

2.  If there is a label or tag, take the pic such that we can see AND read (mean have writing in focus) label/tag.

3.  As best he can, arrange "like items" together.  If several are identical, have one "face up" and the other "face down" in the photo - so we can see what both sides look like.  For instance arrange the "Lettered Gears" so that we see all seven - and if he has 4 sets, have all 4 sets laid out on the photo.  I realize that may be a "pain" - BUT, it will make a difference when he lists them for sale.

Thanks again!

Mac
