Kirsten: I think I may be misunderstanding how the location show up in reports. I thought that in any report the first time the program used the long form, e.g. Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts then if you put in a short form such as Boston, Massachusetts when you originally entered the location the program would use that for the rest of the report. -----Publishing Center Descendant Book Report sometimes uses the long form and sometimes uses the short form. -----A regular Descendant Book Report uses long form not short. -----A regular Descendant Narrative uses the short form. Which report specifically are you referring to?
