Marie: If I'm understanding the situation, I think that it's an either/or thing. You can choose one or the other to show in a report but the selection doesn't carry over to other report types. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong about this but that's the way it appears to work, and that also seems to correspond with Help. I don't see an option for "first time," etc. and can't explain why you would have different results in your Publishing Center Descendant Book Report unless it might be the way the location was originally entered. This probably isn't much help, but I think the software is operating the way it's supposed to.
