I know the feeling. I exported from FTM 2009 to a GEDCOM that I imported into Legacy a few months ago and I'm still cleaning up the sources and attaching images from Ancestry.com and other sources.
One thing I'd like to know from others is: Is there any point in entering a File ID on the Display Picture page where you enter other information? I've been entering the actual file name (JPG) for all images, but it doesn't seem to help much if I need to use that same image later on and try to find that File ID again. In most cases, I can't find it so what's the point of assigning a File ID. I thought it would be useful for photos of people or gravesites, but I never can get it to work. I still have hundreds of images to attach to sources so maybe I should just skip adding the File ID. The image name is listed at the bottom of the page anyway. Boy, do I wish I'd started out that way - before I had 4600 individuals in my file. I started out with the old Generations program and then moved to Legacy about 2 years ago. I love Legacy, but of course imported from my old program rather than entering everyone by hand. I suppose this happens to plenty of us, eh?
