What is the problem. If you put something in a date field, that is wrong, but
you want it there, just go to the potential problems button,  check the 'words
in date' (I forgot the actual wording), and they will be ignored forever, The
computer is happy and the reports look like what you want, which makes you
happy.
No problem.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Entering open-ended dates

Hi,

New to the group and hope someone can advise me. How do people handle
open-ended dates, such as 1990-Present, without getting potential problem
messages?

Thanks
