  What is the problem. If you put something in a date field, that is wrong, but 
you want it there, just go to the potential problems button,  check the 'words 
in date' (I forgot the actual wording), and they will be ignored forever, The 
computer is happy and the reports look like what you want, which makes you 
happy.
