Hi Bill, I don't think the printer is the problem as that is the 2nd message I receive when starting Legacy. The printer works fine in Legacy and in other programs. I have uninstalled Legacy and downloaded the latest from Millenia (which I had anyway) and also deleted the Legacy folder from C:\. Reinstalling has exactly the same problem! So I'm at a loss to work out what the problem is. Ron
