I choose to add county, parish to each place, as needed, and type United States, California, Los Angeles County, Los Angeles. I don't use abbreviations, so decided to use Los Angeles for the short name, which cuts down on the ink, if that is the reason to use them. I have too many unsolved abbreviations. Rich in LA CA

Legacy's standard format is: "Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio, USA" But I want that to read: "Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OH, USA" I like having the work "county" in the location, to remove ambiguity about whether it's a town or county. I only have a few locations in Louisiana, and I can manually edit them. -----Original Message----- From: Dennis M.
