Do you want to separate Christmas letters from other letters about genealogy. Since I put the date into my name for the document I create, (Smith, Mary; 25 Dec 2009; Christmas letter). Then you can search on Individual; Source-Master Source; Contains; Christmas, and find them all. I don't put the 'Christmas letter' in mine, but this should solve the task. Rich in LA CA

What Source Writer template would you recommend using for citing information found in there? Thanks, Brian The information contained in this message is confidential.
