I was having the same problem. I contacted Millennia directly and they were able to sort it out for me. It seems something was happening at their end when subscribing to LegacyFS with the same email address I used to subscribe to LegacyUG. If you have another email address, try subscribing to LegacyFS with it instead. If you prefer not to use that email address, then get in touch with Millenia and they should be able to correct the problem for you.
