Just thought I'd mention another odd thing which happened after I posted. I wanted to save a copy of the Report which didn't actually have the Sources with it and rather than run another Report without Sources, I attempted to just delete the Sources from the existing Report, intending to re-save (with a different name!) what was left. The main bulk of the Sources deleted fine, but the ones related to Notes wouldn't shift and an error message said that wasn't an allowed action with Endnotes (or something very similar. All very weird!
