Thanks once more Brett. Bad news is when you highlight the unrecognized _APID and then click Remove you just get a warning popup that "No item is selected".
Worse news was my accidental inclusion of a hyperlink....I had cut and paste it from the notepad list Legacy offered up and failed to notice it was there, it did not highlight itself while composing the message, only after hitting Send....My apologies to the LegacyUserGroup. However I just tried the hyperlink and was taken to the screen where I had been merging data for the individual in someone else's tree to the individual in my tree....possibly a clue that the _APID relates to the act of merging of two (or more) individuals/individuals data on Ancestry.com I tried your suggestion to map to a recognized item with the extra export and import cycle as it seems most logical. Problem is that when I tried the second import I wasn't kicked back to the screen where you can control or remove items.....because there were not longer unrecognized items to trigger the screen. I will play around some more to see if there is another way to get back into that screen. And if that doesn't work I will take solice from Sherry's advice that Support are working on it, and work on other things until Support has found a solution. Thanks to everyone for their input.
