Entirely controlled by your ISP hosting service.  It is beyond the scope
of Legacy.

pages on your computer's hard drive.  It is up to you to obtain a host
and publish the pages online.

That depends on a lot of variables.  I suggest that you take some
courses geared towards web creating and maintenance.  You may find a
computer group at your local library that may be able to help.
