Dennis, I can only respond to your third question below. However, I should probably also state that I also code simple HTML web pages and have done so for years.
Yes, I find Legacy's creation of web pages to be very easy. I find it easiest to play with the various options on my computer first and see how they turn out. Then when I'm happy with the end results on my computer, only then do I place the finalized web pages up on the web. Their pages with genealogies were created with Legacy. And I have tweaked the results somewhat after Legacy created the pages..
