Apparently, there is a law that's been "on the books" since 2009 in NJ that says you can get pulled over and ticketed (with possible high fines and points) if you do not either move over a lane or slow down significantly when you see law enforcement / emergency vehicle on the side of the road with lights flashing. Why have I never heard of this law until now?? Seems something that important should be on the TV...
