Go to http://www.gedmagic.com/ and download GEDxlate lite.  Create a
gedcom from Legacy including all individuals.  Run that gedcom through
GEDxlate and you can produce a report that will probably give you what
you need.  The sort of functionality you are asking for in Legacy would
add to the already large overhead in the program and when the tools
exist to accomplish what is needed there is no need to re-invent the
wheel.  Remember, Legacy is first and foremost a genealogy program.  The
other data manipulations are not really genealogy.
