I use DropBox. Once it is set up on both computers (quite easy to do), there is nothing to remember to do as you will always be saving and opening the most recent file, whichever computer you use. Beats having to remember to copy to and from a flash drive or other such system. I do, of course, make periodic backups to a separate hard drive, in case DropBox goes belly-up.
