Yes.  Just make sure that you are working from the newest copy and
saving the newest copy over the old.

If your file structure is the same on both computers (ie; if you
installed to all the default directories  on both computers) just copy
the entire picture folder.

Yes, but it is a bit more cumbersome.

Join a local computer club (check your local library) and try to become
more familiar and comfortable with moving files around between computers.
