Indexing is hard - not everyone thinks the same way. If you can't find a Help topic in the Index, please let us know via the Suggestion form how it might be better indexed.

Point them towards the very detailed Help page on searching. Tip: use the built-in Search facility within Help to find something. Too many topics returned from a multi-word search term? Put quotes round the words. I've always found that if you don't know what you're looking for in the Help, it becomes very unwieldy to find your way around in.
