I don't think it has anything to do with blacklists, or spam filters, etc.  As 
several have mentioned previously, there seems to be an issue with the LUG list 
internally.  I too suddenly stopped receiving messages from the list.  I had to 
contact Ken (via support) to have the issue corrected.

My guess is you need to check some of the "blacklists" to see if the
list is appearing there - and some ISP's will tell you which blacklists
they are using to block various email.
