My point was,To find a source document,if I create an event for birth,in the event field,I just click on the event "birth" and it opens the edit event screen then I click the source icon an it opens the assigned sources,highlighting the birth entry and birth cert.If I don't create an event "birth", to find the record,I need to hit the source icon and scroll/look for the birth record,in a list of many sources this can be bothersome.Don't think it really matters in nano-seconds,but I was wondering how others enter their BMD records,If there's a standard way to do this.Thank you,Brian Lehman
