I do not have, and have not read Evidence Explained, so you can stop reading
now if you wish! I would imagine that "Digital image by subscription" refers
to a site which one pays a subscription to use it - eg. I subscribe to
Ancestry. Frankly I don't see that it makes one iota of difference how I
pay. More specifically it may refer to subscription only sites. I don't
bother about it!

Your example looks fine to me, it is not the way I would do it, as I am a
minimalist and only include in any source the absolute minimum of
information to enable anybody to find the source. Evidence Explained is
clearly written for people who write reports/books and not for those of us
whose main interest is web publication where band width etc. is a priority.
