We are putting the issue to GenesReunited.
If I look at the Incoming GED it has the "1st Alternative Name" as NICK &
the "2nd Alternative Name" as ALIA.
It appears that Legacy puts both in as GIVN of equal status, because when I
delete either of the Alternative Names in Legacy the other assumes the
Status & Position of "1st Alternative". Legacy exports them as GIVN & GIVN.

That means, & should be noted that, if there had been an intended Status
difference in the Prog from which the GED originated it is lost in Legacy.
Q1. Can these GED labels be "drafted" to specific labels in Legacy,
especially ALIA which is likely to apply to a Surname rather than a GIVN or
NICK name?
Q2. How do you access Legacy Tables to view &/or Print?

John:

Before you go trying to delete the evidence, you should try to figure
out the exact steps needed to duplicate the problem. Is it an FTM bug? A
GenesReunited bug? Or a Legacy bug? You can open GEDCOMs in any text
editor and examine those to see what is being exported/imported. Then
report the bug to the appropriate org.

P.S. I would not advise deleting rows from tblNX unless you know what
you are doing. Rows in other tables (like tblSX) might contain foreign
keys that point to rows in tblNX. If you delete rows in tblNX without
taking these into account you might lose some citations.
