Like I implied, Mike, even when set to only send in plain text to a particular address, some email clients such as Outlook Express which I use, still insist on sending a reply in the format of the original. A pain in the neck to change them and no matter how hard I try I know I miss some! Ron Ferguson _____________________________________________________ I am afraid I am guilty of the same thing Ron! I too use Outlook Express and have it set to send in plain text for this List but, when replying to someone who has sent in html, my reply is in the same format and I cannot find a way to change this without going to Format and clicking on Plain Text before sending the message.
