Ann, Try this again with a shorter location in the Place field. It looks like the total length of data has reached a maximum length for one line and is "pushing" an extra space to the next line. (Possibly Legacy adds a space on the end of the line. If so it should be reported as a bug.) You could also try 8 Dec 1921 to see if deleting a single character brings it to an acceptable length.
